The Funkin' Machine - Nun Trovo Cchiu

The Funkin' Machine is a standout force in Italy's modern funk and disco scene thanks to their fresh take on Neapolitan grooves far removed from the synthwave often mistaken for Italo. Formed in 2020 by vocalist and keyboardist Andres Balbucea, the band includes Alessio Pignorio on guitar, Andrea De Fazio on drums, Roberto Porzio on bass and Paolo Bianconcini on percussion. They craft rich, sun-drenched funk infused with Naples' unmistakable Mediterranean soul. While already well known in Italy, the new ones on Star Creature will take them to all new heights with instrumental mixes of hot tunes 'Nun Trovo Cchi' and 'Chiki Chicanca'.
