RAHAAN - WELCOME TO THE CLUB

Chicagoan DJ/producer Rahaan has always managed to knock out some of the classiest edits in the game. But right now a bunch of his new material is arriving on various labels, as well as some more of his red-hot edits. And it is that which he serves up here for the Typewriter Record Pool's second limited edition 12". His remix of 'Welcome To The Club' is all chopped-up chord sequences and jazzy drumming, a heartfelt groove that explodes with bigger stabs and a mighty fine falsetto vocal sample. On the B-side is 'Welcome To The Club' but the Rahaan instrumental remix without the vocals and extra string goodness.
